Terms of Service
° You are only paying for a digital illustration.
° The final image will be published in my Social Medias.
° I can make speedpaints if I wanted to do.
° Illustrations for commercial use will have the triple original price. I consider the following situations as commercial use:
- Reproduce the illustration in different products which will be selling later.
- In case you receive profit using my artwork to attract the attention of the people [Youtube channels, banners for web pages, business cards, etc.]
° The prices will raise if the illustration has too many details in the characters or the background.
° I have the right to refuse to make an artwork.
° You can't ask me to use a style that I don't control.
° All references must be clear. I will not accept written references.
° By sending payment, you agree to abide by my terms. If you do not agree, please do NOT send payment!
° As the artist, I can do with the image everything I want, for example:
- Upload the image in my Social Meidas [With credit]
- Use the illustration to promote me.
- Publish books with the illustration.
° As the client, you are allowed to:
- Re-upload the image on any Social Meida [non-profit] giving credits to me as the artist.
- Use the image in any type of merchandising [cups, covers for the phone], as long as it is for personal use and never to sell.
- Use it as a decoration or profile photo of any Social Media, as long as it is a personal page and without any profit.
° As the client, you aren't allowed to:
- Modify, trace, edit, copy or add elements to my artwork.
- Reproduce the illustration for commercial use [Only if you don't pay the price triple]
- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Erase my watermark or signature.
° Drawings without background or with simple backgrounds have no extra prices.
- If don't have a background, I will add a white line around the character.
- A simple background involves base colors, some gradient or textures.
° Complex or detailed backgrounds [cities, forests, rooms etc.] involve an extra price.
° I accept DeviantArt Ponts or Paypal! [ $1 USD = 100pts ]
° Send me the payment first so I will be able to start with the commission.
° In Paypal I will request payment via Invoice.
° In DeviantArt I will request payment via Commission Widget.
° If after 48 hours the payment hasn't been paid, I will cancel your order.
° Never pay me until I confirm that I accept your order.
° Send me a Direct Message in any of my Social Medias or Send me an Email with "Commission" subject, and use the ordering form [is at the end of the How to commission page]
° You must be very clear with what you need in the illustration.
° Wait for my answer to discuss details if necessary.
° Once the payment has been made, you will be added to my To do list.
° The time for a single illustration is 2-10 business days [not from the time it is added to my To do list]
° The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 2 months.
° If you need the artwork to be delivered on a certain date [for example, a birthday] you must indicate it in advance on the Ordering Form. You will be charged an extra fee to prioritize your commission.
° Only 2 changes can be made to the illustration. The first when I send the sketch and the second when I finish the illustration completely.
- In the first change will indicate if you want a change in the pose, expression, perspective, etc, of the character.
* I won't send WIP sketch to the following types [Sketch | Flat Color Sketch | Sketch Page]
- In the second change there will be corrections adding small details that I have forgotten or slightly changing the colors.
° For each extra change [third change forwards] you will be charged an extra 30% of the original price.
° If the form leaves elements in my opinion [Let me choose pose, background, etc] I will not make changes.
° There will be no refunds!
° If I can't complete your commission, I will personally refund you the money.
° If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore [commissions, adopts...]. Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.
